Where can I find info on postal rates and regulations for direct mail?

The best source for this information is a mailing house: in addition to helping you address and send your mailer, it's their job to stay up-to-date on the latest postal regulations. If you're not using a mailing house, your printer and/or graphic designer may be able to help you. You can also go straight to the horse's mouth: the USPS website.
